Life assurance

If you are in a pension scheme we offer life assurance cover at four times your basic annual salary, if you’re not in a pension this is double your annual salary. This cover is no cost to you.

Employee assistance programme

The support provided by Brammer extends to outside the workplace, we have a confidential employee assistance programme to support colleagues both and outside of work. This is a 24 hour helpline and face-to-face counselling service.
